Before and After I started the 311 weight loss program at the beginning of May 2013.

I originally wanted to lose 15-20 lbs and had tried a lot of cardio training to meet my goal, but I never really got the results that I wanted.

My problem was that all the weight I would burn off from training, I would put right back on by the way I ate. After being introduced to the 311 system I thought why not try it a shot? This makes sense. What would it hurt to try this for 6 weeks?

While I was on the program I discovered a few things about myself and the way our culture teaches us how to eat. I discovered that we don't need to eat nearly as much as we think we do. Before I would stuff myself at every meal and finish everything off my plate. 311 has also taught me that you can EASILY survive off with less calories each day and not be hungry and actually feel very good at the end of the day. It's actually one of the easiest things I've ever had to do.

To be completely honest, I even cheated on several occasions while on 311 and I still ended up losing weight. On average I would lose 3 pounds per week on the weeks I properly followed the plan and on the weeks where I felt that I needed a few extra snacks I would still end up losing a pound. Not a week went by where I would not be losing weight. I started hearing comments from my family and coworkers on how my stomach and sides were shrinking and how my face was looking thinner and how my jaw line was getting more defined. Before and After I feel my weight loss is true weight loss not just water. The plan is easy to follow and although I was hoping to lose 15 to 20 lbs., I'm happy with the 9 lb. weight loss. I think for my body to lose more weight, I would have to eat 1000 calories a day and that would be impossible for me. This is a good plan and easy to follow. I thought it was a good plan except for the timing of dinner and no nightly snack of some kind. What I mean is that if you wake up at 8:00, then dinner isn't until 8:00 p.m. I would rather skip a daytime snack, eat earlier, then have a nighttime snack. That would work better for me. Anyway, it's good plan and I've already told some of my friends about it.
